Chase joined our family in 2007 when he was 4 months old (Brittany - Orange and White).

He was our Chasers, Beebs, and a failed hunting dog. He was quick to go to bed and eager to get going on the poop loops. He will forever be the pattering feet and ferocious bark greeter. He loved us well and my did we love him!

My emotions caught up with me on the way back home from the ranch and I just prayed a prayer of thanks for Chase with your mother. Chase Remington truly provided much comfort for all of us. He was always at the door to greet us and even got mad at us if we took too long. He was your bed partner and became our bedroom partner, but he was not allowed on our bed! For me, he became my buddy, my sidekick in the yard, someone to talk to early in the morning and of course we did thousands of poop loops together. As you stated, he wasn't a hunter, but Chase enjoyed being next to me in the field. When we got home today, I made what I think will be my final poop loop around our yard. These past couple of months I tried to desensitize myself by carrying a shovel in the truck and acknowledging that he is not going to be with us very much longer. (It didn’t help.) I feel very blessed to have had such a great companion for 13 years (91 dog years). No other dog can or will replace the wonderful Chase Remington!
